✅ Lifetime Warranty

Every pedal includes a lifetime warranty on labor and electronic components.
Important: This does not cover units that have been misused, abused, or modified/repaired by third parties.
Shipping costs for warranty service are the buyer's responsibility.

🔄 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You can return your pedal within 14 days of delivery for a refund — no questions asked.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • No restocking fee

  • If paid by card, the non-refundable payment processing fee (approx. 3%) will be deducted from the refund

  • Items returned with signs of wear or damage will have a minimum 15% deduction from the refund

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item.

🌍 Shipping Info

In-stock pedals ship within 3 business days after payment

Tracked & insured shipping with DPD (EU) and FedEx (worldwide)

Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days (delivery times are not guaranteed)

At your request, I can ship using a cheaper postal service with tracking, but without insurance.
⚠️ In this case, no refunds will be issued for lost or damaged parcels.

📦 If Your Shipment Arrives Damaged

  • Request a damage report from the courier at the time of delivery, and keep a signed copy

  • If that's not possible, contact me immediately with detailed photos of the damage and packaging

  • Keep all original packaging until the claim process is complete

🌐 Returns from Outside the EU

  • Returning pedals from outside the EU may require import customs clearance

  • To process your return as a "returned item" (not a new import), I must hire a customs agency, which costs approx. 35 EUR — this is paid by the buyer

  • Buyer is also responsible for all return shipping and any import duties
